Featured Programs

Companionship Care. This is non-medical care and supervision provided to adults.The purpose of companionship care is to supervise or monitor clients who require physical presence of and aide to ensure safety when no other caregiver is available. Services under this program include;

Friendly conversation
Serve as a health advocate taking notes during doctor visits
Coordinate communication between family and doctor.

Nursing Aide Care. This service assists individuals with physical, mental impairments or other health care needs with activities of daily living (ADLs). Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA's), and Geriatric Nurse Assistants (GNA's) provide bedside care under the supervision of a Physician, or a Registered Nurse (RN). Services included under this program are;

Hygiene Assistance
Feeding Assistance
Ambulation/transportation Assistance
Light House Errands

Skilled Nursing Care. This is a service that must be provided by our registered nurse(RN), or a licensed practical nurse(LPN) under the supervision of a registered nurse in a safe and effective environment. Services classified as a skilled nursing service are based on the level of complexity. They include;

Intravenous and Intramuscular Injections
Insertion of Catheters
Physical Therapy
Occupational Therapy
Monthly Assessments
