No stranger to both the honor and challenge it is to care for a loved one after being by her dad's side while he battled a terminal illness, Jo has committed her life to ensuring every family could have access to authentic and high-quality home health care. She is especially committed to allowing clients to pass on their experiences, skills, knowledge, and wishes, while providing them consistent and reliable care. In doing so, clients can maintain their dignity and ensure their legacy is passed on.
Passion
Jo is passionate about being an advocate for overlooked communities and overwhelmed families as they navigate complex state programs. She understands that many of her clients strive to maintain their independence in the comfort of their homes while limiting what can often feel burdensome on their families. The level of intentional, authentic, and superb care Touching Angels provides helps families find this balance.

Purpose
Dennis was also inspired by his mother, Lucy W., to help others. He found himself drawn to helping others who needed a helping hand, specifically children with Autism. He was especially inspired by the progress he saw when they received just a bit of help.

Dennis believes each and every person deserves a fair shake in life, no matter their abilities. In that vein, he is passionate about helping people with disabilities maximize their lives.

Dennis promises to maintain the integrity of its various clients’ needs, while providing their caregivers the resources needed to succeed.

Krystal has been in the HR department for 5+ years, working in multiple departments and assisting with all kinds of families. She loves ensuring that employees are paid consistently for their hard work and providing resources to those in need.

Krystal’s passion is to create long-lasting relationships with our caregivers, allowing Touching Angels to continue supporting our clients as their needs evolve and grow. She is also very passionate about training and strives to ensure that all employees have the tools and resources they need to stay up to date as our industry continues to change.

Krystal’s promise is to provide data-driven decisions that deliver transparent outcomes for all caregivers and clients. Her goal is to ensure that everyone is treated with and treats each other with respect, honor, and integrity to provide a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Crocheting, cross-stitching, watching movies, long car rides, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu with family.

Cliff’s passion is driven by his purpose and life lessons from childhood, from supporting his father and caring for an elderly neighbor who once cared for him as a young child. It was this connection that fuels Cliffs passion to care for others and always pay it forward with kindness while assuring dignity is always attached to care.

Sabrina has over 20+ years in customer service in various healthcare fields. After joining the intake department at Touching Angels, she recognized a new love for assisting families find quality home care for their loved ones. Sabrina takes great pleasure in helping clients join a company that welcomes all clients with open arms and treats all their clients like family. Sabrina’s main purpose is to ensure clients feel comfort and confidence in choosing to be part of the Touching Angels family.

Sabrina is passionate about helping others and making a difference in their life. Sabrina’s passion for her role at Touching Angels motivates, inspires, and brings satisfaction to her life. She understands the needs of the client and ensures every client a smooth transition when enrolling in services.
