Josephine “Jo” W.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
No stranger to both the honor and challenge it is to care for a loved one after being by her dad's side while he battled a terminal illness, Jo has committed her life to ensuring every family could have access to authentic and high-quality home health care. She is especially committed to allowing clients to pass on their experiences, skills, knowledge, and wishes, while providing them consistent and reliable care. In doing so, clients can maintain their dignity and ensure their legacy is passed on.
Jo is passionate about being an advocate for overlooked communities and overwhelmed families as they navigate complex state programs. She understands that many of her clients strive to maintain their independence in the comfort of their homes while limiting what can often feel burdensome on their families. The level of intentional, authentic, and superb care Touching Angels provides helps families find this balance.
Jo is building on the company’s commitment of service and integrity, a legacy she inherited from her mother. She strives to give each client peace of mind during difficult transitions. Her promise is to be an advocate for quality, compassionate care and to treat everyone like she would her own family.
